Return Policy

We do not accept returns or issue refunds (unless we are not able to fulfill the orders)

Please make sure that you have made a parcel opening video to claim the exchange for defected items.

We will exchange the defective product with a fresh one but the receiver has to ship the product to the address given by us. The shipping charges will be reimbursed.

However, if we are unable to fulfill the order to due any reason thereafter, then the customer will be provided a refund. The refund will be remitted within 24-48 hours to the customer.
